IBM were launching a staff referral scheme and wanted us to create an animated short to promote it internally. The aim was to get their staff to think carefully about who in their social group might be a match for IBM. We set about scripting and storyboarding – which was quite tricky as the IBM guidelines are extremely rigid and minimal. So the real challenge was to create something effective and captivating without using photography, video or voice-over. The client was extremely pleased with the result and the scheme has had great results worldwide. You can watch the video below...
