Superdrug wanted to revitalise their internal brand. The chosen concept was that employees can ‘Create their career’ at Superdrug. The core of this idea was a series of faces and items created using Superdrug products. Using this idea we created a completely new employer brand, including a detailed brand book and a wide-ranging toolkit of items including print advertising, in-store posters, leaflets, postcards, HTML email templates, a stop-motion video and exhibition stands. The photoshoot and resulting executions were well received and the new recruitment brand was rolled out nationwide.
