The client presented me with the following brief: “make it look Victorian-Americana-Hipster-ish; but with cows”. All the artwork had to work in mono too, so there was a fine balance in how much to distress things without losing legibility or clarity (particularly for some of the packaging’s legal reqirements). In the client’s words, I “nailed the look perfectly”. Over the next few weeks, I refined the branding and moved on to create copy, print, packaging and P.O.S. for a range of eight unique flavours aimed at the Craft Ale market.
