University Hospital Southampton (UHS) is one of the country’s leading teaching hospitals. However, their internal brand was fragmented and confused, leading to issues with recruiting quality staff. They approached us to undertake in-depth research and create a modern, bold employer brand that could be used across all of the hospital’s departments. Our solution involved the creation of 26 ‘stories’, based on real staff experiences. Following a photoshoot, a huge number of deliverables were created, from posters and exhibition stands to website MPUs / Leaderboards and printed recruitment adverts.
