Welcome Break needed a new employer brand / recruitment brand. The concept that was settled on was "Made at Welcome Break". We interpreted this by the use of origami figurines and objects – showing that you could "make your career" into whatever you wanted to with Welcome Break. The rebranding was very successful and was rolled out across a huge number of sites and dozens of deliverables. Solutions were developed for everything from internal manuals and comms to posters, display stands for recruitment events, badges, bookmarks, newsletters, competitions and even a reward and recognition app.
